San Lorenzo Terrace Senior Apartments
This project consisted of the development of a 5-acre tract and construction of a three-story, 80-unit senior apartment complex of approximately 60,000 square feet. The complex is comprised of a 'U'-shaped masonry structure, with a courtyard in the middle and includes paved driveways, parking areas, as well as a retention pond.
