Dolphin Cove Apartments
This project was for extensive restoration after a kitchen fire in one unit caused significant smoke damage to all ten floors, water damage to four floors, and structural damage to 6 units. Our restoration included the demolition of all damaged building materials and replacement of framing, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, electrical wiring and fixtures, air conditioning, ductwork and sprinklers.
