Schoolhouse Square Shopping Center
This project was an extensive restoration to a 130,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Port Charlotte due to significant wind, water and mold damage caused by Hurricane Charley. The roof, parapet walls, roof-top air conditioning system, roof-top mechanical and electrical rooms, awnings, parking lot post lights, neon lighting, storefronts, exterior stucco and signs were either destroyed, collapsed or blown away by intense wind pressures. Approximately 30 individual stores sustained excessive damage. |
