This project was for a new townhome complex comprised of 6 townhomes at 1,920 sq. ft. per unit. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a powder room, utility room, private porch, fenced backyard, and a single-car garage. Features include: wood floors on the first level, granite countertops throughout the unit, and stainless steel appliances. Landscaping, trees, plants and irrigation were installed for the property, as well as poured concrete sidewalks and driveways.
